2009 Cabernet Sauvignon
The colour is a medium-deep red.
The bouquet is an alluring mix of cedar, spice and crushed leaf mixed with red and black fruit aromas which lift from the glass.
The palate is medium bodied showing classis cabernet flavours of mulberry and cassis. This is supported by a fine talc like tannin structure.
This wine can be enjoyed in its youth or will cellar well for the following 5-7 years.
Enjoy this wine with slow Roasted Pork Belly with Cranberry Sauce.
