This delicious Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep ruby red, with an attractive and fragrant nose displaying ripe blackberry, cassis and earthy characters. Cedary perfume from French oak maturation completes a complex bouquet. With the ripening conditions for the 2018 Cabernet nigh on perfect the palate of this wine displays beautiful juicy and ripe Cabernet fruit characters. Black cherry, forest fruits and long soft tannins combine to deliver a wonderfully flavoursome Cabernet for the ages.
